We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines.
Our office is doing everything possible to make your dental visit as safe as possible. Many of
these protocols occur behind-the-scenes and are always standard and routine. In addition to
these strict routines, we would like to highlight additional protocols that have been recently
implemented to reduce the risk of COVID-19. We made these changes to help protect our
patients and staff.
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions.
We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth,
since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
All office staff will be using face masks, eye-wear, and dedicated scrubs and we will be following all other standard infection control protocols that we have always implemented.
As we have always all surfaces in the dental operatories and common area will be regularly
cleaned with a medical-grade disinfectant that eliminates viruses.
We have introduced cold-fogging with HYPOCHLOROUS ACID to disinfect air spaces after aerosol procedures.
We have installed medical grade air purification units throughout the office to remove 99.9% of
particles down to 0.1 microns.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. We are asking
that only those patients being seen come to the office. Please only bring one additional person
with you to your appointment if necessary.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have
about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice.
